Read Easy provides free, confidential one to one coaching to adults who struggle with reading though volunteer groups. Read Easy are changing the lives of adults by providing them with the support needed to learn to read and then open doors to all sorts of new opportunities.

What you will do

Develop the skills of an adult Reader who struggles with reading

Meet with the Reader twice a week for two half hour sessions each week

Provide non-judgemental literacy support

Utilise your empathy and understanding to support your Reader

Deliver the phonics based Turning Pages program

Keep records of meetings

Attend Coach meetings

Work with Read Easy policies and procedures
