Read Easy Wakefield deliver one to one coaching for adults in the Wakefield district who struggle to read. Our Management Team, Reading Coaches and other supporting roles are all covered by volunteers.

We are looking to fill a number of roles on our Management Team.

One of these roles is the Safe Guarding Champion.

The role of Safe Guarding Champion is vital to the running of our organization.

This role would be ideal for someone with an experience in Safe Guarding with a knowledge of Safe Guarding policies and practices

The role would include carrying out DBS checks on new Reading Coaches and ensuring Safe Practice and the following of our procedures are carried out at all times.

Adults who cannot read are disadvantaged in many ways. We aim to make a difference in Wakefield.
